Quick Condition Pics Requirements

Quick Condition Pics is a quick photo service used to show the current condition of the property. This is not a full interior photo package. The goal is to capture clear photos that help show the overall property condition and any visible repair needs.

Before Taking Photos

Please make sure to:

• Use .5x zoom for wide-angle photos

• Take photos in landscape mode

• Turn on lights inside the property

• Open blinds where possible

• Clean your camera lens

• Keep the camera level

Photo Requirements

Please upload:

• 1 photo of the front exterior

• 1 photo of the rear exterior

• 10–12 interior photos showing the property condition

Interior photos should focus on areas that show the layout, condition, and any visible repair needs.

Photo Tips

When photographing inside the property:

• Stand in room corners when possible

• Capture clear room views

• Avoid blurry or dark photos

• Do not take portrait-style photos
