- Do not share details with unauthorized parties.
- Respect the privacy of all documents and information.
If a signer has questions about the paperwork, do not attempt to answer. Direct them back to the contact provided in the order.
Explain with neutrality in mind
You may of course, explain the name of a document to the signer. You may describe it's purpose and function, but please do not comment on the source(s) of the information, its accuracy, or offer your opinion.
This includes any questions or discussions regarding the asking or selling price of a home.
