Lockbox Placement (48hr orders)

A 48-Hour Lockbox Service requires you to receive the shipped lockbox, bring it to the property, set the correct code, place any available keys inside, and install it securely on the front door knob.


Before You Go

Please confirm:

  • You received the shipped lockbox

  • You have the correct property address

  • You have the 4-digit code from the order instructions

  • You reviewed any access or seller instructions

Do not go to the property without the lockbox unless the team approves it.


Lockbox Requirements

The lockbox must be:

  • Mechanical

  • 4-digit combination

  • Resettable

  • Door-handle mounted

Wall-mounted or drill-installed lockboxes are not allowed unless approved by the team.


Installation

Install the lockbox on the front door knob.

Please make sure:

  • The code is set correctly

  • The code is tested before closing

  • Any available keys are placed inside

  • The lockbox is securely attached

If no keys are provided, mention that in your completion notes.


Required Photos

Please upload:

  • Photo of the front of the property

  • Photo of the house number, if visible

  • Close-up photo of the installed lockbox

         


If There Is an Issue

Contact the team before leaving if the lockbox cannot be installed, the code does not work, no suitable door knob is available, or the seller/occupant refuses the installation.

Missing photos or unclear notes may delay order approval and payment.
