Letter Posting Service Requirements

Letter Posting is a service where you deliver and post letters securely at the property.

The purpose of this service is to confirm that the correct property was visited and that the letter was posted in a clear, visible, and secure location.

Before You Go

Please review the order instructions and confirm:

• Correct property address

• Letter or notice to be posted

• Any special instructions listed on the order

Posting the Letter

Post the letter securely at the property, preferably on the front door.

Please make sure the letter is:

• Clearly visible

• Secured properly

• Not placed on the ground

• Not blocking the lock, handle, or entry access

Do not force entry, open doors, or enter the property.

Required Photos

Please upload clear proof photos showing:

• Front of the property

• House number, if visible

• Zoomed-out photo showing the letter posted on the door

Photos should be clear, in focus, and taken before leaving the property.

If There Is an Issue

If the letter cannot be posted as instructed, contact the team before leaving and upload photos showing the issue.

Examples include:

• No safe access to the door

• Occupant refuses posting

• Wrong or unclear address

• No visible house number

Before Marking Complete

Please confirm:

• The letter was posted securely

• Required proof photos were uploaded

• Any issue was explained in the notes

Missing or unclear proof photos may delay order approval and payment.
