Help CenterRamp.com is a central way for us to manage and dispense payments direct from our bank accounts to yours. It acts as a central hub for invoice processing workflows and payment authorizations.
Some things to be aware of:
Most banks support Same Day ACH. Your's may not.
This method typically has turn around times of around 1-4 hours from moment of initiation. If we initiate a payment to you before around 12PM EST, you will see those funds in your account same day!
It's not uncommon for our teams to initiate payments well into the afternoon. Payments initiated after 12pm EST can typically post to an account the next business day.
If your bank does not support Same Day ACH payments, you may need to wait for 1-3 business days for our initiated transfer to post to your account.
First Time Vendors:

If you are a first time vendor servicing work through Investorbootz, you will be invited to onboard to Ramp.com and create your account.
Once inside, you will be asked to provide the following:
- Login credentials
- Your personal information
- Your business information
- Your W9
- Your banking details (provided securely through ramp)
This will establish your account and allow us to approve your invoice, as well as direct deposit funds into your account. Ramp.com uses Same Day ACH payment processing, so as soon as your work is verified as being completed accurately, we'll authorize payment direct to your account!
